LAURAIRE DES LYS IS THE CERTAINTY OF AUTHENTICITY AND PURITY.

Wines are sources of inspiration and inspiration are designed.

Intimately linked to the cellar man, it is a part of himself which is mixed with the wine, thus giving each vintage material that the material does not provide.

The same care is given to the grapes, to its juice: future Kalys, future Lauraire des Lys... The variation of the vintages is done from the top, first what is very good makes the grand vintage thus up to Kalys.

This variation is the strength of the palate, it is the tasting which makes the blends: nothing is predefined.
